Yesterday we had an odd one, it was

A: 6 x 10 deadlift

B: EMOM: 30sec max deadlift at 135
then
30 sec max cal row

Been doing this for 5 years and just have never seen that many deadlifts before, does anyone else have programming that resembles this?

Went to Oly,
Jerk 5-3-2-1.. 95,135,155,165
Stayed for regular class.

17min AMRAP
-6 ring muscle up (or choose your weakest link.. I did pushups)
-10 DB clean and jerks (50/35) I did 35s.
-15 wall ball (20/14). I did 10lb

6+16

My shoulders were burnt out after OHS Tuesday and then heavy jerks, so I took the wall balls a bit lighter.


Time to MF'n EAT. Super hungry.
