Actually, I want to change my answer. Here's exactly what you do.

Convince her that you have some kind of STD or crabs or something. Nothing too horrible, but definitely something communicable. She'll call you out on bullshite a million times. Don't budge. You have crabs or whatever and that's a fact.

Convince her that you're doing the right thing by calling her, and didn't know she had a boyfriend. Then, she'll have to worried about getting checked out, and of course, finding some way of letting her boyfriend know that he might have it too. She's probably not going to want to have that conversation, or maybe she'll try to blame it on him, or maybe she's such a whore that she has to wonder whether 5 or 6 dudes have the STD.
