Crazy thing was after his Truck came to a screeching halt on its side in the intersection ( and beer cans went flying everywhere it was a mess) this Baw kicked out his front windshield crawled out of the truck with his massive hand canon head straight for me.. Luckily the cops subdued him. The kicker was he was not only drunk at 7 am and threatening to shoot me....The Frickin cops put us both in the same ambulance and he amazingly he sued my insurance company and fricking won.. Gotta love La..
Sounds like your fault if you pulled out in front of him, what'd you expect?
