re: fbi paid geek squad to turn in customers

I took my computer to Geek Squad. They took a couple of days, saying they needed at least 24 hours to run diagnostics. I asked to speak to the tech and they told me techs aren't allowed to come out and talk to customers (they're in the back). Finally got my computer back but I'm pretty sure they have the sheriff's office back there just looking for kiddie porn the entire time.


Me picking up my computer:

Tech: "You're good. She's clean."

Me: "Cool. So what was the problem?"

Tech: "'Problem'?"
