Lexus makes the highest quality product on the planet…. end of discussion. BMW used to be one of the best Driving vehicles until they changed their steering mechanism. You can no longer really feel the road as the steering is too loose and effortless. Most driving enthusiast like to be able to feel the road and not some super hyped up power steering mechanism ....takes all the fun out of it. I’m not exactly sure when they made this change but I have owned three 5 series starting with the 1983 528e and I can tell you it’s not as good as it used to be. Luxury is about the same with all of the models with exception of the Acura. It doesn’t really measure up in my opinion. If given the choice between any make or model between the five, give me the Audi R8 any day the week. That’s one badass ride!

I agree to an extent. BMW steering is not as heavy as it used to be but heavier is not always better although I do prefer it.

The E60 was the last 5 series with hydraulic power steering, last with naturally aspirated engine offerings, and last with a manual transmission. Too bad she's the ugliest girl at the 5 series ball. She'd be a butter face if it weren't for her weird butt.
It's not BMWs fault everything has gone to electric steering...you can't have driver overrides (collision avoidance) without it.
