re: Traveling to Australia...how did you deal with the time/jet lag issues?

When my four siblings and I were kids, my parents took us to Australia. We arrived in the morning after 21 hours of travel. The first evening, we attended an opera at the famous opera house in Sydney. We all got great naps in to help with the jet lag.
