ABS is really brittle and being a printed item, I’d be worried about failure from fatigue due to crack propagation.
idk even things like the bolt catch or the buttstock I’d think would be capable of breaking. But being honest, I’m not sure exactly what was 3D printed when it was tested.
But if it’s a truly good print without many faults, maybe it’s not so much surprising as it is impressive that technology can allow us to do these things.
