This happened. Not only is most of this not fake, some dude actually did put three in his chest during his quest for internet fame on one of his "pranks".
The Tyrone dude debunked that rumor on Instagram and made a parody video of him coming out of the hospital. He came out of the hospital with 3 pieces of gauze and some tape
cmon man. Basically he said “how tf can I get shot in Texas when I’m in North Philly?”
