It’s cheaper than buidling a fricking bunker, but it’s still pointless. The whole point of a mass shooting is mass. I don’t care what mental illness the shooter has. He knows damn well when the best time is to get as many casualties as possible, and it’s not during 3rd period. You need someone who can actually be there to either neutralize the threat or keep the shooter preoccupied long enough for people to get out or for the police to get there.
