Bottom line is we are feeding 4 teams just he kids for free. So I figured at least 100 but also make a little money on the side hoping 20 lbs is enough

What i'm trying to say or suggest is to just be careful. I know from experience that my pasta to rice ratio is less. I'm cautious and add as needed - unlike rice. I also leave it soupy and know that the pasta will continue to soak up moisture...just depends on how dry you like.
