Original owner dies, kids want nothing to do with it and jack real estate prices as oilfield starts tanking
New owners come in with terrible business plan and the oilfield tanking as they took it over

The website still says that the clubhouse is scheduled to break ground... in 2016.
Again, I’m acknowledging it was a nice course. I’m acknowledging it had management issues. I don’t know why y’all are so triggered.
