Some people just can not seem to grasp the concept. Hire the best man for the job at that time. After a trial run (3 mo, 6 mo, 12 mo, etc) reassess the situation.

I guess in politics we are used to worthless pieces of shite being picked for positions and then staying put until they die or rape someone.

Trump plays by a different set of rules. A winning set of rules.

There is not a single decent Business Leader in America who would tell you that you should want high turnover in the upper management levels of your organization. Not a single one.

The amount of staff turnover in the first year and change of this Presidency is unprecedented.

It's not a positive.

I'd rather have a high turnover rate than see the White House filled with career politicians whose primary motivating factor is to stay employed in or near Washington, DC.

I don't have stats, but it is not uncommon for many people to come and go during a presidential administration. Chief of Staffs come and go and that's the highest position in the WH. The press office also has lots of turn over in every administration. Don't know about the NSA position, but I would bet Trump isn't the only president to have turnover in that position either.

For those who say "the turnover is unprecedented" please provide stats to compare to previous administrations. You may be right, but let's see names and numbers.
