Taking my daughters to their first gymnastics meet this weekend and trying to work out babysitting times. Ive been told we can get pretty good seats in general admission sections if we get there early. But how early should we get there? Is an hour good enough or do we need to be there even earlier?
Also, what sections would yall recommend? Daughters are 7 and 5.

I know the doors open 1.5 hours early, but don’t know if there is usually a big line waiting to get in. I think you can see the most if you try for seats in 202-204 or directly across the arena from these sections. If your daughters love a particular event, you may want to sit as close to it as possible.

DOORS ACTUALLY OPEN 1.5hrs before meet at 1:00pm. My recommendation is get there early and put something down to mark your seats(jacket, bag with no valuables).

Go down low and watch. The girls will be doing warmups and you'll be able to get down low at that time. Casual setting at that point.

Autographs after are always a madhouse. If you want someone particular find out which table they will be at and go line up as 4th rotation begins, or just be prepared to wait it out after
