Hundreds of stories with Pits where this isn’t true.

If I find a bobcat kitten and raise it properly will it be safe around my family?

How do you know the pits you’re referring to were raised properly? You don’t. And the likelihood that a properly raised dog randomly attacks anyone is extremely low.

And dogs are been bred to live with humans for millennia. You obviously don’t feel safe around pit bulls, so stay away from them. Just don’t pretend to know what you’re talking about.

And the kids. Little kids who think dogs are just mobile toys get bit by lots of breeds. It's convenient to blame the dog or the "dog-owner" part of the owner, but parents need to be a good "kid-parent", too, to keep everybody safe and happy.
