Due process is really what we’re talking about. Intelligence can be wrong. As can accusations. Under no circumstances should a no fly list be the basis for restricting constitutionally protected rights. I don’t think it’s too far of a leap to think the democrats would love nothing more than to add conservative groups to watch lists and use that as the basis for gun restrictions. It’s why due process is so important.
