I don’t think it’s interesting at all. Anyone who says no, isn’t in favor of constitutional rights including due process. Georgie boy here posted this is a gotcha attempt for conservatives. A weak attempt at that.

The question is what is the criteria for no fly? Your rights have already been restricted. Therefore, you have been judged a danger. It logical to extrapolate that to the 2nd and I would have no problem theoretically

The question is who and what determines you are a danger. The government? What is the process and what is the criteria?
