Been doing it once a week for nearly three months now. Ugh.

Made actual progress last week for the first time. Actually bent to the left side at the waist and was able to touch the ground with my fingers. Its amazing how weak my lower body muscles are when we do stretches or poses that involve any kind of balance. I usually do shoulders on Sunday in the gym so my upper body is pretty tight when I do yoga on Mondays.
