I train in BJJ under Rickson/Royler Gracie. They swear by it so I started doing it. Has helped my game tremendously and plus I go to a class where it is mostly if not all soccer moms.

I’ve been thinking about getting into this...

I have a very weak core, and my genetics screwed me on muscle . I have super tight hamstrings, glutes, and back. When I use a foam roller on my back, it looks like im trying to reshape a 2x4.
