Insane. I haven't hit 30 yet and I already have 15k in both a company sponsored retirement plan and a Roth IRA.

I just turned 40 and have 15x that amount. Granted I have always maxed out. If your company matches you are giving them free money if you don't

At your age, why a Roth IRA? I understand diversification, but you’re losing major earning potential on those pre-tax dollars going the Roth route.
