Yeah I agree overall and I’m a Houston homer. The inner core neighborhoods in Dallas are not quite as spread out and cleaner. I wish both central business districts would improve and not just be gigantic high rise office parks

I take it you haven't been to downtown Dallas lately.....its completely turning...I am talking the old central district and not Uptown
