Yes, they also have FCE as well, stroke in the spinal column

OP, obviously have the vet confirm, but i am sorry to say, your little buddy had a stroke and wont be able to function any more. its time he is put down even thought he isnt in pain, he cant live like that with only half a body that functions unless you want to care for him as a crippled vegetable
