You MAY get lucky and get Beach Club Or Boardwalk but probably not. Like others have said, you have to rent 11 months out for those spots. That's right in the middle of the Food And Wine Fest so they book with a quickness. One thing to consider, try The Swan or Dolphin. You can get some great rates, at times, and still be only a minute or so further away from EPCOT.

You are probably too late to rent points.
Garden view room at Beach Club is 540 per night, 1 bedroom villa is 750 per night, 2 bedroom villa is 1200 per night booking through Disney. Boardwalk is about the same.
