I've posted this link several times. During the dear leader's regime they had more than 100K felons "each year" try to buy "new weapons", but they only "considered prosecuting" .04% of them.
Jug Ears wanted felons to have guns.

O'Blunder also floated the idea of no private businesses being allowed to do any background checks for hiring purposes. He only wanted the gubment to be able to do that.
