No, I realize he needs the legislature to get on board but the Governor need to LEAD. Has he offered any cost cutting suggestions? He's so hell-bent on getting re-elected he's afraid to piss any group off so he's leaving it up to the legislature and they get the blame or any fallout from what they do or not do. Typical POlITICIAN!

All school funding should be voucher.
If local governments want to convert all their schools t private schools let them.
We need more school choice not less.

He didn't run on "cutting costs". He wants a higher permanent tax revenue stream and got elected anyway. Seems silly to expect him to "lead" in the way you suggest.
