What's the response time for police where you live?
As far as I'm concerned, any police response time exceeding 10 seconds is too long.
Do you have any fricking idea what can happen to you in the first one minute of a home invasion?

My son knocked over the phone two summers ago and set off the 911 button. Cops were here in three minutes.
