Do you spray it over the entire lawn or only on weeds?
I'm new to all this. In the past, I have had great success with simple weed-n-feed application, but that was before the flood when I had a strong fairly weed free lawn. Now its a f*cking mess. I feel like I need to get a little more focused to get back to where I was.

I spray on the weeds and about 2 to 3 feet around them. As they die off and I find more in other places that I missed, then I just spot check them.

Whole lawn, at rate of 2.5oz per gallon
