So, you're answer is to punish everyone. That's pathetic. We need to cut out a huge chunk of foreign aid and use it to put real security in schools. I would be willing to bet that there are a crapload of dads in this country who would volunteer to work as security too. They could stand guard outside the school and wouldn't even have to set foot inside.
