DSAFI is correct. I did a lot of research into the 9.3x62 before I bought my .375 H&H, and they are in two totally different classes.
Did I need either of them at the time or right now? Hell no. But you never know when an elephant might attack, so I chose the .375 H&H. And I got a helluva a deal on a Weatherby Mark V Sporter.

Gentlemen, I stand corrected.
Just read it’s a 30-06 case necked up to .36 ...... the whelen is basically a 30-06 case necked to the .35
So the 9.3x62 is essentially a 36 Whelen... it WILL fit in medium length actions as noted but not the 375HH in power.
