partially tore mine years ago and then about 2 months later completely tore it. I heard it pop both times. rehab wasn't tough, just started out attempting to straighten out arm until its normally straight. started out curling air then 2 lbs then next lightest weight I could find then 5lbs. eventually curling 10lbs. it seemed about 2 months I was back to normal curling weight - but I didn't rush it.

Yea it looks like it's a really slow process but I'm gonna do my best not to rush anything and cause myself more trouble. Surgery is tomorrow (Tuesday)
