For me, I heard it and felt it. Dropped the bar and looked to see my deformed looking bicep.
Ex:(not my arm)
My primary care doc did the "hook test" and confirmed. Orthopaedic surgeon did the same test this morning and agreed.
Hook test:
Going for an MRI this afternoon to determine severity. There is a slight chance I could avoid surgery and still regain full strength.
Pain is still nearly non-existent other than being tender when he poked around today.
