The lines would be nice to have for your security system. Even with cellular security it is nice to have hardline backup in case of power loss. It is also a good idea to lay a piece of PVC pipe under driveway and sidewalks so it is easy to run wires under them at a later date if needed. Just be sure to mark them. Might as well let AT&T drop you a fiber optic line in the trench while it is open.
