What is up with the lack of simple English with Surtain. He's not from the hood. He is either dumb or his parents have neglected his upbringing and had only focused on getting to NFL. Black, white, red, whatever, the public schools has failed these athletes as well their parents. How hard is it to teach your son and daughters to speak a coherent dialogue.
