Things I have never experienced at a Chick-fil-A:
1. Workers who ask for my order, then as I start giving it, turn their attention to a sassy coworker who just told a funny joke. Subsequently, this forces me to either pause until their attention comes back to me, or to repeat my order altogether since they weren't paying attention.
2. Workers who can't be bothered to say "Hello. May I take your order?" Instead, they simply stare at you until you start giving your order.
There are countless other examples
