I'm saying that barriers are effective at keeping people out whether they be physical or virtual.
Will a wall keep some people out? Sure but it won’t keep out nearly enough to make any sort of noticeable difference. I just have a hard time justifying 20 billion for a symbolic barrier, I’d rather see it used on ways that get results.

I think you're taking this too literally. There will not be a solid border wall.
