His job is to inspire current players and recruits. Given the amount of transfers, draft departures and the most recent recruiting class, he doesn't seem to be doing too hot in that department.

Again, Les isn't the coach anymore. But just to indulge you, Les put skins on the wall his first few years at LSU. Les actually stuck his neck out and took risks that paid off. Of course he bungled a lot later in his career, but that doesn't let 0 off the hook.

There is no factual support for the belief that he can win any big games this season. None. He won no big games last season and returns a team with a new QB, new WRs and bad RB depth.
