Our head coach is incompetent and fires a high paid coordinator after one year because he can't manage personalities on his staff, struggles to retain his other coordinator, and uses staff openings to get jobs for his buddies. You can't hide the truth from recruits when all other programs constantly remind them of it.

He did manage personalities. Aranda could have left if he wanted. Eaux's decision was to get rid of Canada or probably lose Aranda.
He made the right choice and managed the situation just fine.

When the truth consists entirely of made up bullshite, a lot of recruits will realize they are being sold a pile of shite.
