O deserves absolutely no pity and no slack. The man's worst case scenario is about an $8M buyout.
Wouldn't you like to have that opportunity in your professional life to be paid $8M for being a complete and utter failure? I would.

Maybe, one day, the important people will realize that it's not a coincidence that O always has the "opportunity" to right the ship in each additional year he coaches a program?
