He is intentionally tanking the program. There's no other explanation. Any competent AD would begin exploring the option of terminating his contract for cause.

I was not impressed with Joiner. Some of you are just pulling out names of kids who wanted to come as if they were really that good. We got 2 good RBs in this class who will play before Joiner ever would have. He would have been a waste of a scholarship.
