I've only been to Spring Training once in my life. Went to Disney back in 2015 and saw two games.
First - it was crazy expensive. I'm talking ticket prices and food/drink being as expensive or more expensive than a regular season game.
Yeah, you can sit on the lawn or berm for cheaper, but I'm not doing that.
Second - it was hot as balls. That's to be expected for a game in Florida, so I'm not complaining about the temps. That said, the stadium, for whatever reason, was not built with shade in mind. There were very few seats that had any shade at all. I didn't really care so much, but I had my pregnant wife in tow, so of course the experience was affected by the bitching that ensued.
