As of now, the proven transgressions from Watergate were worse. The POTUS actively covering up felonies which involved political sabotage is a bigger deal than the FBI leaving out a conflict of interest when presenting evidence to a court.

Now if it turns out the information compiled in the dossier, funded by the DNC and the Clinton campaign, was knowingly fabricated then yes I'd agree this is bigger than Watergate.
