No. According to what Nunes said on Baier's Fox show, McCabe never actually said what was attributed to him in the memo. What was attributed to Mccabe in the memo is the gist of what McCabe said, according to Nunes, based on McCabe's testimony, as a whole.
Which is an example why Nunes memo is basically useless, other than being Nunes' opinion on the allegations made in the memo.
There are no footnotes in the memo to show what the sources are for the allegation made.
For example, on McCabe's testimony, there should be a footnote that says: Andrew McCabe's testimony before the House Intelligence Committee on November 12, 2017, transcript page 12.
Without sources for each of the allegations made, Nunes memo is incomplete and ineffective. It's incredible that is represented to be a report from a House Intelligence Committee and it contains no source references.
