If he was 3-21 at Ole Miss or 21-3, WTF does it matter for how he is doing now? If in the past, he was a Dline coach or a DC, WTF does it matter now? He is still 9-4.

Because it matters how long of a leash you're willing to give someone before you think about making a change.
Someone with a poor coaching history shouldn't be given the same leash that someone with a successful history has.
