I don't know if you remember, but we actually used to be able to get Great Raft beers here, and fresh commotion. Just look at the TD link I sent. It was pretty much unanimous, that before the new Envie, Commotion was the best regularly available pale ale in Louisiana.

I'm not talking the actual recipe. I'm talking about the reformulation of the recipe which is 100% true. I was incorrect when I said I thought that the new recipe for commotion came out before ghost. But I was 100% correct when I stated that the recipe reformulation for Commotion came first (and it did, press release was May 2015) while Envie reformulation followed suit in November 2015.

No shite. That's why I said, when those beers came out, those were the best Louisiana had to offer in terms of hoppy beers. If I was talking about current day, I would have said current day. I think those 2 beers are shite today. Too malty and bitter with little hop flavor. But, BEFORE (before meaning not today) all of the stuff we had today, several years ago, that's what was considered good for Louisiana standards.

I don't think some of you understand concepts like speaking relative to the time frame. Reread the threads before you start saying the posts are "bullshite".
