I've done all of them and it's all personal preference. I read someone's reply that said YouTube TV was awful. I actually prefer it the most from the UI design but it doesn't offer commercial free service, it doesn't have History Channel, or Food network, etc.
For those reasons alone, Hulu with Live TV is the clear winner, especially if you already were paying for Hulu.
Hulu with Live TV also is the only on that I've found that's on ALL my devices:
-Xbox One S
-Samsung TVos
-Apple TV
-Roku TV outside
-Amazon Fire TV
They have their shite together whereas the others fall flat in the most critical areas - in my opinion.

The problem I had with YouTubeTV may just be my setup. I was using a Chromecast and casting it from my Android phone. For some reason it was real wonky trying to switch channels. I could see the other channel on my phone screen, but when I hit the screen to change to that channel, it wouldn't switch. It did the same thing with my iPad.
I never tried it on my AppleTV.

If/when they add the locals in my market, I will be going back to them.
