In any capitalist society, prices should be based on values that are predicated exclusively by supply and demand - and not influenced by the rambling diatribe of a leftist ideologue.
But your Marxist governor's ideology got the best of him and has him speaking out against what he considers an outrage because in his system, only the ruling class should control production and values.
