I scrub my dishes before putting in the washer. I don't trust my washer to get my shite as clean as it needs to be.

My wife will put them in caked with food, and she doesn’t know the correct way to load a dishwasher. I’m constantly having to go behind her and rinse the dishes and rearrange the dishwasher. It’s the one thing she’s not very good at.
