Doesn’t Jackson have a BLM type young mayor who wants to penalize white businesses?

His dad was a radical and many expected him to be. But I say this optimistically and cautiously.

So far he has shown that he wants to make the city better. He showboated for the presidents visit and was told to tone that down if he wanted the support he needs.

He is young and pretty radical but he has actually surprised me a bit with his willingness to at least try. On the business part, they have been anti business for quite some time. When Bernie Ebbers and WorldCom needed more space and wanted to expand in Jackson, they basically told him they didn't care whether he stayed or left. He built a big building out in Clinton. Many businesses have followed suit.
