I don’t think he should get 15 years, but there is a 95% chance he suspected his wife of cheating and stashed the iPad in her car so he could track her down.

Very true. All we have is his "Well I couldn't find my iPad and used the app to find it" story. It's very possible that was his cover for when he got popped by the law.

Also, form the link

The husband’s lawyer, Howard Greenberg, told jurors that the husband actually “deserves a medal,” not a prison sentence, for uncovering his wife’s unfaithfulness without physically harming his rival.

What a pathetically low arse bar this dudes clown lawyer set.

If you find out she is cheating you simply lawyer up and end it. Not fighting the new guy doesn't make you some sort of cool cat that should be lauded.

Dr RC I'm sorry but your attitude is pathetic and pretty much epitomizes what's made society so fricked up.

You advocate hiding behind lawyers and clowns with badges while the whores and whoremongers do the same.

If a man finds his wife in bed with another man, let him do what needs to be done and that's that. Saves a lot of time and taxpayer money.
