I would love to know what rock you crawled out from. Smoking was a very normal thing just 12 years ago in most places.

Our old 1972 Booger Green/pine leaf green with peanut butter soft top Ford LTD had cigarette lighters and ash trays in all of the doors. I've melted toys and burned the piss out of myself a many of times in that back seat. I believe the one we bought in 88' had the same.
