Encores are notorious about certain barrels being wildly inaccurate. The front stock attachment can make it better or worse. I have a contender and an encore w several barrels for each. Prob won't ever buy another though. Even when they shoot good, it isn't generally as accurate as a good bolt gun.

I have the Peo Hunter in 35 Whelen,and it is a very accurate weapon. I also bought a 223 barrel for it that I use blowing up beaver dams with tannerite. No complaints with either barrel as far as accuracy goes.
